Acting President Phelekezela Mphoko, who was the Acting President when President Robert Mugabe was in South Africa for the Bi-National Commission Meeting, has reacted to claims by his counterpart, Emmerson Mnangagwa that he was poisoned when he fell sick during the Presidential Youth Interface Rally in Gwanda in August.
