A Political outfit, Build Zimbabwe Alliance has said Zimbabweans in the diaspora are eagerly desperate to be back home where they were pushed out due to economic and political challenges.

"I know that all of us long desperately for that place called home, and that not even the comforts of our places of refuge in the diaspora can satisfy that longing. The dysfunction in our country has often provoked us to anger, and sometimes even resignation. There has however been an awakening lately to the fact that no one can do for us what we must do for ourselves to reclaim and build the one place which is truly our portion: Zimbabwe, our country, our homeland,"  said the party.

"Proverbs 13:12 tells us that "Hope deferred makes the heart sick." Many of you have reached out to tell me how encouraging my messages on social media have been, and to find out "What's next." What has even been more encouraging are the number of Zimbabweans who have come forward from all over the world to build an incredible team that is ready to move our cause forward. Many are transitioning to Zimbabwe as we speak to join our teams on the ground to bring about the change we need."

The party said it is excited to announce that they it will officially be launched  as a political party and established provincial chapters in Zimbabwe, and diaspora chapters in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and China to give you the opportunity to participate in this great cause.

"We are personally appealing to you to fill out the membership form and submit your membership fee so you can officially join our incredible team. We are also personally asking you to consider making a monthly financial donation to the Build Zimbabwe Alliance to resource our ground teams so we can bring the change we want to our weary nation. We are proud of and confident in the plans our teams have developed to take on Zanu(PF) in 2018 and win," said the party.
