Cabinet of looters appointed by Mugabe

A political analyst Pedzisai Ruhanya has described the cabinet minister appointed by President Robert Mugabe on Monday as a bunch ofg looters who will not change any economic situation in the country.
Mugabe appointed and reassigned some ministers to some portfolios.
"Power (Happyton Bonyongwe, Obert Mpofu, Paul Chimedza, Cain Mathema),Patronage (Ignatius Chombo, Patrick Zhuwao, Edgar Mbwembwe, Webster Shamu) and Greed (All of them with little information on Bonyongwe on greed) define the cabinet reshuffle," he said.
"It is not about the livelihoods question Zimbabwe faces today. These three factors are related and have a strong interplay in a kleptocracy . Two of the country's celebrated looters of all time have been promoted to KEY CABINET positions; your guess is as good as mine. Nothing for power. The cabinet reshuffle is therefore a representation of elite capture of the political economy for PRESERVATION OF POWER by President Mugabe and his family!"
