Man trips best friend's wife falls on her, shows her his manhood

There was drama in Becock Farm Mvurwi, when a 30-year-old man tripped his best friend's wife, lay on top of her, showed her his manhood and lifted her skirt before he was bitten by the complaint's dog forcing him to stop the abuse.
Guruve magistrate Mr Artwel Sanyatwe remanded Knowledge Mutemagau in custody to 16 October for sentencing after a full trial.
According to the public prosecutor Ms Venesencia Musiiwa at a date not known to her, but sometime in February, Mutemagau met the complainant in the bush and proposed to love to her.
The complainant refused to tell him that he was a family friend, but he had none of it and threatened to rape the complainant.
Upon sensing danger she ran away before she was caught and tripped down, Mutemagau fell on top of the complaint lifted her skirt while showing her, his manhood.
The complaint was served by her dog which bit the accused on his back. A shirt he wore on the day in question was produced in court as an exhibit showing where the dog bit him.
During mitigation Mutemagau said the matter was reported two days after hence he did not buy the case.
"Your worship this matter was reported two days after a clear indication that I am being fabricated so may this honourable court acquit me, "he said without any form of remorse.
However, the magistrate rubbished his mitigation saying the date of the report does not matter citing an example of the man of cloth Robert Martin Gumbura who was jailed 10 years after his offence.
"The issue of dates does not matter here, let me give you a familiar example of Gumbura, his matter was reported 10 years later and he was convicted."
