Chinamasa turns down Tendai Biti proposal

FORMER finance minister Patrick Chinamasa turned down a job offer at Tendai Biti Law firm, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) revealed this week.
Chinamasa is a trained lawyer and a former Attorney General. He was finance minister between 2013 and last week when he was moved to the newly created Cyber Security portfolio while Biti was in charge of the Treasury between 2008 and 2012.
According to NewZimbabwe, Biti offered Chinamasa a job as a lawyer in the full knowledge that he (Chinamasa) was going to fail at the Treasury but he refused to take the offer.
