Useless cabinet reshuffle by President Mugabe

MDC-T Bulawayo spokesperson Felix Mafa Sibanda has described President Robert Mugabe's appointed cabinet as useless and worst of time.

Speaking as a deputy spokesperson for the Bulawayo MDC Alliance, Sibanda said the Bulawayo chapter of the MDC Alliance is at pains to understand the fundamentals of this so called reshuffling of old chairs, changing their position under a large table.

"The exercise is futile since there are no measurable or Key results. It would appear this is a despite move by RG Mugabe. The intended objective is to divert Zimbabweans from Zanu PF squabbles inherent in all their structures," he said.

"We as the MDC alliance, Bulawayo are convinced that the hour has come to call a spade a spade because Zanu PF has lost the last coin and is despite to re claim it. As an Alliance we are embarking on voter education and registration simultaneously. We are of the opinion that the two exercises could have been separated, the former done three months before the later as to educate the citizenry enough time."

He said there are some teething problems in Bulawayo faced by the citizenry delaying tactics in most centers. I would appear this is a ploy by the ruling party through ZEC officers ,frustrating all MDC alliance strong hold, in Peri Urban and Urban areas, Denial of registration of the so-called aliens yet the constitution of Zimbabwe does allow them to exercise their right to register and vote in 2018.

Sibanda said as an people's alliance, on the problem number 2 above, there shall be a class high court petition to correct that evil and immoral act by Mudede students/ZEC
