MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai's spokesperson Luke Tamborinyoka has played down media claims that his boss was airlifted to South Africa saying the use of the word airlifted make it seem as if he was no longer able to walk on his own.

Daily News reported today that Tsvangirai was emergent airlifted to South Africa in the company of his wife Elizabeth as he battles cancer ailment.

"So a man who left walking by himself, who used a public airport and a commercial flight with many other passengers is now reported to have been "airlifted" and is "critically ill?" God help our media," Tamborinyoka said.

Also President Robert Mugabe health and old age has cause a lot of jostling in the ruling Zanu PF with camps fighting for Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa and First Lady Grace Mugabe to take over from Mugabe.

These issues come at a time when a Bulawayo based Prophet Blessing Chiza in December 2016 released 25  prophecies in which one of them was that the nation will have two influential leaders both in Zanu PF and MDC-T dead by this year.

Mthwakazi Republic Party spokesperson Mbonisi Gumbo reminded the nation on the prophecy.

"A popular Byo Prophet on the 31th of December 2016 released 25 prophecies one of those was that a prominent political figure will die this year and there shall be serious confusion he mentions two officials one from Zanu PF and the other from MDC-T saying they need prayers. This was published by Chronicle and its available online. And here I am just saying I came across it," Gumbo said.
