Attempted murder suspect dies

A 61-year-old attempted murder suspect who was remanded in custody together with her son and another accomplice for bashing a man in Mvurwi over a prostitute has died.
Jane Jijima (61) died mysteriously this morning at her house in Suoguru Township after she was released on medical grounds from Bindura prison.
Jijima was jointly arrested with her son Oscar Manyika (21) and Oliva Nyamubeza(33) for allegedly assaulting Nigel (Nyonyinyo) Barara (21) on 18 September 2017.
Meanwhile, Barara is still nursing injuries from the attack and is frequenting the hospital for medication.
He is yet to talk and everyone is in the dark on what really happened to him on the day he was reportedly bashed.
