Tendai Biti led PDP depute spokesperson Edwin Ndlovu has said the firing of Mnangagwa is the perpetuation the Zezuru hegemony.
Mnangagwa was fire from government on Monday over allegations of fueling coalition.
"It proves us correct that Zanu pf is a tribal Zezuru party. It is worrying that in Zanu pf the deputy presidents either dies in office or get fired. It's very unfortunate.
"But as opposition political party we welcome ED to the opposition politics. The dog is eating it's own puppies which signals the end of Zanu pf," Ndlovu said.
"Come 2018 we shall bury it through the MDC Alliance."
