Girlfriend a nuisance

A HARARE woman says her former husband's girlfriend is intervening in issues that have nothing to do with her and verbally abuses her.
Miriro Mushayavanhu appeared in court seeking protection order against Melody Mishi who is her former husband's girlfriend.
"Your Worship, I want this woman to stop visiting my house acting as if we are related because we are not.
"She is my ex-husband's girlfriend and she is intervening in issues that have got absolutely nothing to do with me.
"We are supposed to share the property equally between my former husband and myself but she is always interfering as if she is involved.
She added;
"She even placed tenants at my house without my approval.
"She is the reason why my husband and I broke up after discovering that they were dating.
"I once applied for a protection order against her but she keeps on coming to my place."
In response, Mishi said:
"I am not her former husband's girlfriend, in fact I am now his wife to correct what she said because of the property sharing thing.
"Pamba ndinongosvika ndichida kuchera mvura nekuti ndipo pandinocherera mvura.
"Yes I did manage to find a tenant to rent the house since no one is staying there and she vacated long time back.
"My husband now resides in Chivhu, so he sends me most of the time if there is anything that he wants."
Magistrate Lerzin Ncube granted the protection order in Mushayavanhu's favour.
