Hubby caught pants down

A MBARE woman has sensationally claimed that she caught her hubby in bed undressed with a girlfriend.

Pauline Jongwe was opposed to a peace order sought by Linda Masukwa when she opened up before Harare Civil Court that her husband was having extra marital affairs.

"I am opposed to her application because she is the one who is in love with my husband.

"I even caught my husband and her undressed at her apartment," said Jongwe.

Jongwe added that Masukwa was lying that her children were being threatened.

"She is just lying that I threaten her children to defend her immoral behaviour.

"I do not even know her children because I have never seen them."

However, Masukwa, citing emotional and verbal abuse, claimed that;

"Your worship I applying for a peace order because this woman keeps on harassing me by insulting and threatening to beat me up.

"She would come with five of her friends to my house threatening to beat me up and harm my child claiming I was having marital affairs with her husband which I do not know about.

"I am emotionally abused by her as she goes around telling people that I am a husband snatcher and I am HIV positive.

"I had to relocate from my apartment because of those accusations," said Masukwa.

Presiding Magistrate Larzin Ncube granted the peace order in favour of Masukwa.
