Mugabe won't sign deal in Mnangagwa's absence?

There are reports that former vice president Emmerson Mnangagwa is still in South Africa.
According to Frank Chikowore on France24, Mnangagwa has not returned to Zimbabwe since he skipped the border after being sacked last week.
Meanwhile, there were reports on Thursday that president Robert Mugabe was refusing to sign a deal with the generals in Mnangagwa's absence.
In a statement last week the former VP had promised to come back in a weeks to lead the party.
