Mugabe is at the graduation ceremony. But Higher Education Min Prof Moyo, who attends all such graduations with Mugabe, is absent.
Mrs Chiwenga, the wife of Zimbabwe Defence Forces Commander, General Chiwenga will be graduating today and will be capped by the Chancellor of all universities in Zimbabwe President Gabriel Mugabe.
