Unconfirmed reports claim that President Robert Mugabe's paper was challenging the quorum that formed provincial PCCs on Friday which called for his resignation and recall as not legal position holders.

Mugabe had the list of all attendees and 3/4 turned out to have been on suspension or expelled as of 10 November this year.

Mugabe is citing Harare province which on Friday was chaired by Godwills Masimirembwa instead of Charles Tavengwa, in Manicaland Mike Madiro instead of Samuel Undenge, Mashonaland Central had someone instead of Dickson Mafios to name just a few.

Lastly, yesterday, the central committee which had no top 6 or hierarchy in its presence and that only last week 10 provinces unanimously endorsed holding of congress and Mugabe's candidature. It is understood that negotiations have resumed again.
