MDC-T councillor complains over rampant vote buying

MDC-T Councillor in Binga Temba Munkombwe has complained over rampant inciddents of vote buying committed by the ruling Zanu PF members in the district.
Munkombwe said government inputs were being politicised by Zanu-PF people in the area.
He said the villagers in the ward are being given fertilisers and maize seed as the rainy season has started.
He said Zanu PF facilitated that only villagers who submit their voters' slips serial numbers are made to be eligible to get the inputs.
He also accused the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission for over looking the vice and not acting when a report is made to the officials.
