JABAVU Drive trombone player and co-director Aaron Yafele is being accused by his former wife Faith Ganyau of neglecting their two minor kids.
This came to light at the Harare civil court where the crooner had been hauled by Faith who was claiming US$600 monthly maintenance fee for the upkeep of their two children aged six and eight respectively.
Their case was heard before Magistrate Tatenda Manhanzva.
In her affidavit, Faith stated that Aaron was being irresponsible.
"We were married and we stayed together for five years from 2003 up to 2008, he is not providing for his children in any way," wrote Faith.
Faith had justified the claim saying she needed the money to pay rent, medication and to buy food and clothes for the children.
However, Aaron did not appear in court to give his side of the story. The presiding magistrate ordered Faith to re-serve Aaron and come back to court on a later date.
