Mthwakazi Republic Party has accused the Zanu PF Lacoste faction of harassing vendors in Bulawayo forcing them to attend a meeting at Davis Hall.

Ina statement party president Mqondisi Moyo said Lacoste thugs were terrorizing the Bulawayo communities.

"Mthwakazi Republic Party unreservedly send a strong warning to the Mnangagwa youths from Mashonaland with a special mandate to intimidate and terrorise our people. As a political movement we will not fold our hands watching them provoking or unleashing another Gukurahundi genocide to our people," he said.

"On 28  November 2017) a ZANU PF thug identified as Magura Charumbira was going around with other ZANU PF thugs to the Flee Markets of Bulawayo surrounding Egodini area forcing our people to attend the meetings of a party led by gukurahundi thugs masquerading as politicians at Davis Hall in Bulawayo."

He said as a democratic political movement that believes in a constitutionally elected government, they are reliably informed that Charumbira one of Mnangagwa's thugs approached the owners of Flee Markets at Egodini and forcefully ordered them to attend ZANU PF meetings, indicating that those who would not comply their stands would be unlawfully taken away just like their leader Mnangagwa who has unconstitutionally usurped power from another corrupt branch of the evil ZANU PF popularly known as the G40 led by the chief gukurahundist Robert Mugabe.

"We are reliably informed that Charumbira chased and threatened the Bulawayo City Council police with the intervention of the army if they tried to stop him as he is carrying orders directly from the office of Mnangagwa. Our people on the ground further revealed that Charumbira was beating people with other thugs that included a pregnant woman. The woman was left bleeding which reminded the Bulawayo community of gruesome gukurahundi era," he said.

"Our disciplined youths responded by resisting this thug peacefully and due to lack of the strategy he retreated and threatened to bring the army tomorrow (29 November 2017) to force the Flee Market owners to support Mnangagwa's ZANU PF. As a peaceful revolutionary party we condemn this moron behaviour by Charumbira with the strongest contempt it deserves. We call upon the Bulawayo City Council to condemn such thugstarism administrative approach and to ensure that our people run their businesses smoothly as failure to do so would be provocative. We believe in a constitutionally run city. It is the ZANU PF which systematically deindustrialised Bulawayo leaving millions without jobs guided by the 1979 grand plan and our people resorted to vending. Now the same ZANU PF is disturbing them from carrying out their businesses."

Moyo said Mnangagwa and his ZANU PF thugs should be ashamed to force people to love them.

"As Mthwakazi Republic Party we want to put it on record that, they might have deceived other opposition parties and the world about their coup, but as a principled party we will never tolerate and dine with the ruthless ZANU PF. In fact as MRP we do not recognise Mnangagwa as president because he is not a constitutionally elected leader. We condemn violence and threats against our people. We want to send a strong warning to Charumbira to desist from planting the seeds of tribalism and violence because that would lead to undesirable outcomes and a possibility of a war," he said.

"We know that the Shona government has never liked our people as they recently demonstrated it to Jeys Marabini on the inauguration of the army imposed leader Emmerson Mnangagwa. What Charumbira and other Devis Hall thugs are doing is what we expected from the leadership of Mnangagwa. Mnangagwa is one of the ruthless leaders that the world has ever produced. He was one of the people who implemented gukurahundi. A lot of our people disappeared in 1980s when Mnangagwa was the Minister of State Security. He used the Central Intelligence Organisation to facilitate the disappearance of many Mthwakazi people. Up to today, their graves are not known. "

He said MRP will never support Mnangagwa as doing so would be equated to betraying the blood of the thousands of souls who were gruesomely murdered by Mnangagwa.

"It's a shame that African leaders and the multilateral institutions such as the United Nations tolerate such leaders to forcefully rule so as to push British interests," he said.
