An MDC official based in South Africa Descent Bajila has said according to international records the now new Minister of foreign affairs General Sibusiso Moyo is listed as an international offender on issues of minerals dealing hence it would not be possible for him to open international lines of foreign direct investments.
He said Zimbabwe Defence Forces participation in the Congo War was called Operation Sovereign Legitimacy (OSLEG).
"The top brace of the army got there and formed a mining company called Osleg. Osleg formed partnership with a Congolese Company and the partnership is called Cosleg," he said.
"The Managing Director of Cosleg is Major General Sibusiso Busi Moyo. He is listed by the United Nations as an international diamonds thief. Having a decorated international offender as Minister of Foreign Affairs whilst hoping to have sanctions lifted and rejoin the international community is just a waste of time."
