MDC-T Vice President Nelson Chamisa, widely seen as Morgan Tsvangira's right hand man, has said his boss never demanded to be vice president to President Emmerson Mnangagwa and he never engaged him on any cabinet position.
This statement came after Mnangagwa's special adviser Christopher Mutsvangwa claimed that Tsvangirai denied members of his party to be appointed as ministers due to his own greed.
"Mr Mutsvangwa makes curious and astonishing claims concerning ED's contact with MDCT. Pres MT advises me that there was never such an offer neither did he demand to be VP to ED. For accountability, Mtsvangwa must name e person who made such request frm MDC-T," Chamisa said.
