People from Matabeleland excluded form BAZ Board interviews?

The Committee on Standing Rules and Orders (CSRO) is conducting interviews for appointment to the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe Board.
The CSRO is mandated by Section 4 2 (b) of the Broadcasting Services Act (Chapter 12:06) to nominate six (6) candidates for consideration by the President.
In line with this mandate, the Parliament of Zimbabwe has shortlisted 12 candidates for interviews which have been scheduled for Friday, 08 December 2017, in the SENATE CHAMBER, Parliament Building. In the shortlist no one appears to be from Matabeleland.
In this regard, the below-named shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews on the scheduled date (please refer to the schedule appended below for time slots).
