Oppah Muchinguri speaks on new mandate

Environment, Water and Climate Minister Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri says her new mandate will see the expansion of water harvesting strategies from existing dams to enable Zimbabweans to grow food in good and drought times.
Speaking soon after the swearing in ceremony at State House in Harare on Monday, Muchinguri-Kashiri said water harvesting strategies will take a national outlook to boost command agriculture results and build lasting solutions to food sustenance.
Newly appointed Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Petronella Kagonye said there is a lot to be done in her ministry which handles various socio-economic issues affecting Zimbabweans.
Minister Kagonye bounces back after she was formerly Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development during the 2013 appointments.
