LISTEN: Chipanga will sue the State, says Madhuku

Former Zanu-PF Youth Affairs secretary Kudzanayi Chipanga has also been granted a $500 bail.
Chipanga's lawyer, Professor Lovemore Madhuku, said Chipanga's rights were violated and it gives them the basis to sue the State for damages for unlawful detention.
Chipanga who is facing charges of making statements undermining public confidence in the military is required to report twice a day at Borrowdale Police Station and to reside at the given address until the matter is finalised.
He is further required to surrender travel documents and not to interfere with State witnesses.
