'They want to link Chombo to murder charges' - Kasukuwere

Former minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing Saviour Kasukuwere has reportedly said "they want to link" former Finance Minister Igneous Chombo to murder charges.
According to a telephone conversation between Mutumwa Mawere and a caller who identified himself as Kasukuwere
"They're want to link Chombo to murder charges, that he attempted to kill the president Mnangagwa," said the caller.
The caller also said the governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe "John Mangudya could be also trapped in there".
Mawere shared the recording during a live broadcast on Facebook on Thursday.

Chombo, who is facing a plethora of charges, ranging from fraud, criminal abuse of office and corruption, was yesterday released on $5 000 bail by High Court judge Justice Edith Mushore.
