WATCH: City council pumping raw sewage into our homes, fumes Mawarire

#ThisFlag movement leader Pastor Evan Mawarire together with human rights activist Linda Masarira have demanded clean water in Harare after, Mawarire reportedly observed raw sewage from tapped water.
Mawarire who is more popular on social media for shutting down Zimbabwe tweeted, "THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! City of Harare is pumping raw sewage into our homes, look at this filth!
"People are getting sick and dying because of this gross negligence @BGManyenyeni @PRESIDENT ED You have to declare a state of disaster immediately."
While Masarira threatened to take legal action against the government
saying clean water is a basic need which should be accessible,available
and of good quality.
"Section 77-constitution guarantees the right to safe,clean &portable water.Water is a basic human right& should be accessible, available & of good quality. Since the government doesn't value this basic human right that is essential for a healthy life,l am now taking legal action."
Although, Harare City Council water director, Engineer Hosiah Chisango said they increased chemical dosage at water treatment plants it seems the dosage is not yielding positive results.
