Bananas rotting at Pick N Pay due to high price

Bananas at the giant supermarket Pick N Pay are reportedly rotting as customers are boycotting to buy them due to high price compared to vendors who are selling just outside the shop.
State media Journalist Larry Moyo twitted that the high pricing at Pick N Pay has rendered the giant chain store to lose its market as people opt for vendors who sell the fruits at lower prices.
Moyo posted the picture of rotting bananas and said: "These bananas are rotting in Pick n Pay because they sell them at $1.15 per kg (average 5-6 bananas) & rotten ones are returned to supplier while right outside the shop, vendors sell bananas at $1 for 10-12. So customers opt for vendors."
