A Redcliff woman was left undressed after an altercation over a mobile phone got out of hand.
The married woman, Tulane Mateyo, was undressed by Johnson Taruvinga over his mobile phone that went missing while on the charger at a local shop.
Taruvinga allegedly forcibly removed Mateyo's clothes as he conducted a body search, allegedly fond-ling the woman's breasts as he searched for the phone.
Mateyo was not amused and she reported the matter to the police leading to Taruvinga's arrest.
For the offence he was arraigned before Kwekwe magistrate Lavroe Philemon facing an indecent assault charge.
Mateyo claimed to have been scared by Taruvinga.
"He threatened me with death and ordered me to strip before he fond-led me all over the body. I was left totally undressed because I feared for my life," she said.
The magistrate, however, found Taruvinga not guilty because Mateyo consented to the accused's actions and there was no evidence of forced action.
