A video of a man being assaulted by his alleged boss at a Lenasia store is doing the rounds on social media.
It is not known as to why the employee was assaulted at this stage.
In the video, the alleged supervisor can be seen assaulting the man while he is lying down and bleeding.
The alleged employee looks shaken by what is happening, then the man continues to assault him and says "I'll kill you my friend . . . I'll kill you."
