High Court bail application for MDC-T members moved to the trial court

The High Court bail application by the 27 MDC members who are facing false charges of murdering a police officer in Glen View, Harare last May will now be heard before the trial judge on Monday after Justice Felistas Chitakunye removed the application from her roll today.
Justice Chitakunye ruled that the matter should be heard before the start of the court trial on Monday.
The 27 members were indicted last week and are in remand prison and their trial starts on Monday before Justice Chinembiri Bhunu. The 27 are part of the 29 MDC members who are facing false murder charges.
