A political analyst and media scholar Pedzisai Ruhanya has said MDC-T President Nelson Chamisa who as already been endorsed as Presidential candidate for the MDC Alliance seem to be exciting young electorate who are prepared to vote for their age youthful mate.
Chamisa has since launched his campaign trail which started in Chinhoyi followed by Dete Matabeleland North and Plumtree in Matabeleland South.
"Nelson Chamisa appears to be exciting Zimbabwe's once dormant youth electoral base bringing a potentially game changer in the 2018 election. Some new, energetic, innovative, grassroot, intelligent, sharp and interesting way of mobilising voters is emerging with the young people in the MDC-T," Ruhanya said.
"Its becoming ORGANIC mobilisation. If Zim election were held without chicanery and militarisation Chamisa would win by a wide margin against ED. So far there is nothing interesting about MABHINYA who have been destroying the country since 1980 apart from their noise making sycophants who blindly support political tomfoolery and celebrate patronage and clientelism."
