The Constitutional Court is today expected to hear the legal challenge to government's decision to bar expatriate Zimbabweans from voting from their foreign bases in the forthcoming key 2018 vote.
The matter has been postponed twice before on January 14, as the judges in the apex court ordered the applicants to have the record paginated in terms of the court rules.
Chief Justice Luke Malaba has given the green light to three Zimbabwean living outside the country to file the application on the right to vote.
