Transform Zimbabwe leader Jacob Ngarivhume has said former President Robert Mugabe was not alone when he destroyed the country but was with those who took over from him.

He made the remarks while addressing supporters in Harare South.

In his third meeting of the day, the TZ President Jacob Ngarivhume met with TZ structures in the Harare South constituency ahead of the TZ Inaugural Congress to be held this month on 23 and 24 March. The constituency is also part of the constituencies that will be contested by TZ under the MDC Alliance agreement.

In his message, Ngarivhume emphasised that Mugabe was not alone when he destroyed the nation of Zimbabwe.

"His cronies which include ED have been responsible for running down this nation. They have an unsatifiable hunger to plunder the nation of Zimbabwe. Despite all the natural resources we have, our country has continued to deteriorate with no development at all. The Hopely communtiy for instance, ever since its establishment there are no schools, no electricity, no water and even a proper road network" charged Ngarivhume.

"As TZ we had already began the process of building a school for the communtiy, but the ZANU-PF functionaries disrupted its building and threatened to destroy it if we proceeded. This is the level of wickedness ZANU-PF has. They find satisfaction in the suffering of the people of Zimbabwe. ZANU is surely Zimbabwe's number one enemy of progress", bemoaned the TZ leader.

Ngarivhume then went on to encourage the people that this election period, judgement must and will be served to ZANU-PF.

"We have established structures, we have fought for electoral reforms and we are working with other political parties to make sure that we get rid of ZANU PF once and for all. Zimbabwe has what it takes to become the greatest African economy. All that we need now is the proper leadership that can make sure our country's resources benefit our nation. We need the kind of leadership that can transform Zimbabwe and make it a jewel" concluded Ngarivhume.
