NewsDay caught up in fake picture on Chamisa crowd scandal

The NewsDay today published an old picture and alleged that the picture showed part of the crowd at MDC-T leader, Nelson Chamisa's rally at Mkoba yesterday.
@ZimMediaReview exposed NewsDay and wrote, "It seems NewsDay didn't send a photographer to Gweru. They used a picture of an MDC rally at Rudhaka Stadium, 2013. It's not from yesterday's Gweru rally as the paper says."
Ishemunyoro Chingwere who grew up in the Midlands capital said, "Fine the MDC had a good crowd in Gweru on Sunday but having grown up in Mkoba 2, some 3km from Mkoba Stadium, I can tell u - authoritatively - that Mkoba Stadium has NO such grandstand & billboards (as seen in the background). That's NOT Mkoba Stadium."
