Zanu-PF legislators met in Harare this Wednesday to discuss a number of issues such as reviewing progress made so far in the drafting of a new constitution.
The legislators also discussed a bill set to be introduced by MDC-T which seeks to reduce the powers of the Local Government, Rural and Urban Development Minister.
Zanu-PF chief whip, Joram Gumbo says they will not entertain discussion of that bill as it is covered by the Global Political Agreement together with the POSA, and Bill of Rights among others.
He said as a party they will soon meet to select the chairperson of the select committees.
