Russia to print Zimbabwe ballot papers?

A Senior MDC Alliance has insinuated that the Zimbabwe Election Commission (ZEC) will secretly print Russia's pre-marked ballot papers.
MDC-T deputy treasurer, Charlton Hwende, revealed this on microblogging website Twitter.
Hwende wrote, "2018 Elections the MDC Alliance will not allow ZEC to rig the elections by secretly printing Russia's pre marked ballot papers. We demand an open tender."
MDC-T president Nelson Chamisa once said that President Emmerson Mnangagwa's government must reveal the identity of the company which will be printing ballot papers to ensure that the 2018 elections will be free, fair and credible. Chamisa insisted that this is the only way to prevent rigging.
Speaking at a rally in Chinhoyi on Sunday, Chamisa said, "We are going to meet Zanu PF and their presidential candidate Mnangagwa and demand that all political parties contesting to be told which company is printing the ballot papers.
"We are not going to accept to go to an election when the ballot papers are printed by an Israeli company.
"There is no way ED (Mnangagwa) is going to win an election in Zimbabwe, there is no way Zanu PF is going to win an election in Zimbabwe.
"I know that a disgruntled Mugabe is going to vote for MDC Alliance," Chamisa said Sunday to the delight of his supporters.
The MDC-T leader challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa's government to "walk the talk" regarding its pledge on free and fair elections.
