Police chaplin causes a stir, kills another owl

A Zimbabwe Republic Police Chaplin stationed at Mvurwi who made headlines after killing owls during Biometric Voters Registration (BVR) exercise last year, reportedly caused a stir at his station yesterday after killing another one.
Eye witnesses allege Assistant Inspector Lamilani Moyo killed an owl and started roaming around the whole station telling them he killed a witch showing the owl as exhibit.
"Alpha India Moyo caused a stir after killing another owl, he moved in every office telling them that God gave him powers to kill witches hence he kills any witch that tries to disturb his peace," said the source.
Moyo could not be reached for comment as his mobile number was power off up to the time of this writing.
Apparently, Moyo once revealed to Bulawayo24.com in October last year that he spoke to God and was anointed to form his own church and he is now an apostle.
