FlyAfrica to resume Harare-Joburg flights

Low-cost airline Fly Africa says it is set to resume the Harare-Johannesburg flights next week and is confident of introducing other regional and international routes in the near future.
The airline has announced that Harare-Johannesburg, as well as Bulawayo-Johannesburg flights, will commence on the 15th of April.
The airline's executive chairman Mr Cassidy Mugwagwa confirmed the planned resumption of the flights adding that the all the necessary regulatory approvals have been secured for the operations.
"We can confirm that come next week we will be resuming Harare-Johannesburg flights and that we have secured all the necessary regulatory approvals," he said.
As part of the medium-to-long term strategy and leveraging on its price competitiveness, the airline said it is looking to add more routes in line with its goal to become the biggest budget airline in the region.
The planned resumption of flights by the budget airline comes in the wake of renewed interest by international airlines to service the country.
