A MBARE man has been accused of using juju to evict his mother's tenants from their house.
This matter came to light when Nellie Muhango was seeking for a peace order against her son Ronald Muhango.
"I want to be protected against my son your worship; he is causing problems in my life and he does not even consider that I am his mother.
"He is my biological son and I actually carried him in my womb for ten months but he does not respect me.
"He chucks out my tenants using juju so that I will suffer since that's only my source of income.
"I only stay with tenants for two weeks at most, they all leave without paying and I believe that he is the cause.
"I simply want him and his family to leave my house so that I will be able to live well with my tenants.
"He also insults, points a finger at me whenever I advise him on his wrong conduct and he does not provide for me. All he does is stay without paying rent.
"I am now living in fear of my own child your worship," she said.
In response, Ronald was opposed to the allegations.
"I have done nothing wrong to her and I am even surprised of what she is saying.
"She simply wants me to leave the house so that she can conduct her Masowe's prayers without any disturbance.
"I also don't have any juju, she is just fabricating stories," said Ronald.
Presiding magistrate Lazini Ncube granted the peace order in Nellie's favour.
