Chamisa a lawless aspiring President

A political analyst Livingstone Masamba has said MDC-T leader Nelson Chamisa is a lawless aspiring president.
He said among the duties of the President of Zimbabwe in terms of section 90 of our constitution is to uphold, defend, obey, and respect the constitution as the supreme law of the nation and to ensure that the Constitution and all the laws are faithfully observed.
"Unfortunately before he is even the number 1 citizen in the country, our aspiring President Chamisa has been at the forefront of shredding his party Constitution which we warned his supporters that it was a bad omen about the fella's moral character to uphold the Constitution and observe the countries laws. This warning was dismissed by his supporters," he said.
"Disturbing scenes have emerged where Chamisa has been touring the country using a vehicle not bearing registration marks in contravention of the Vehicle Registration and Licensing Act [Chapter 13:14]. The law requires that every vehicle which is to be used on any road shall be registered and to display the registration mark and number allocated to the vehicle in terms of the Act. Failure to do that is breaking the law and criminal."
He said small things matters in law especially if it is the President breaking the law.
"How many other laws is Chamisa going to break in the event of him becoming President where he is going to enjoy the protection from prosecution in terms of the Constitution? We have also heard him boast during his Zaka rally that he has a hoard of unruly substance abusing youths which are at his disposal if the Government does not accede to his demands. Chamisa indicated that just through a whistle, he is capable of summoning the disorderly and unruly illegal substance intoxicated youths to be on the streets to push his agenda," he said.
