Comedian Timmy, wife in accident

POPULAR comedian Timothy Tapfumanei - better known as Timmy - yesterday escaped unhurt after being involved in a road accident along Chiremba Road.
However, Timmy's wife was behind the wheels when the accident occurred, disturbing the flow of traffic near OK Mart.
In an interview with H-Metro, Timmy said no one was hurt.
"We had a minor accident along Chiremba Road around 7:40am on our way to work with my wife coming from my residential place in Waterfalls.
"My wife was the one driving the car and I was sitting on the passenger seat.
"The accident was not even serious because I escaped with no scratches on my body so there was no need for me to seek for medical attention," said Timmy.
Timmy said he was only worried by the late arrival of the traffic police.
"We had an accident with a Zim Parks car and thank God I have an insurance cover to fix the car because the car only has a scratch.
"We were dismissed by the police after two hours because they were doing their formalities of writing their report and also to mark the place where the accident occurred.
"My car is under insurance cover since I work for an insurance company, Old Mutual," said Timmy.
