ZEC most incompetent elections body - Biti

The People's Democratic Party President Tendai Biti has denounced the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) calling it the most incompetent elections body in the history of Zimbabwe.
"The current Election Management body, ZEC must rank as the most subjective, most biased and most incompetent in the history of elections in Zimbabwe.
"Above all this is a body that lies and is reinventing the world 'lie'. This body must be disbanded forthwith!!!" lamented Biti.
Earlier this month opposition parties marched in Harare demanding electoral reforms and the removal of soldiers at ZEC as well as specifying the organisation responsible for the printing of the ballot papers .
According to the opposition parties the electoral reforms have not yet been implemented.
