White City bombing: Are the CIO, ZRP & ZNA united?

Norton MP Temba Mliswa has questioned if the Zimbabwean security is united following the bomb attack at President Emmerson Mnangagwa's White City rally last Saturday.
"Thoughts to pondor on White City bombing. Analysis is key, no quick answers & it's sophisticated in terms of involvement. Are the CIO, ZRP & ZNA united? Were those retrenched not affected? Investigations is priority. It' s a top security issue," reads Mliswa's Tweet.
Apparently , two people have since died from the injuries suffered in the explosion and according to Health and Child Care Minister Dr David Parirenyatwa at least 49 people were injured when the explosive device was thrown as President Mnangagwa and other ZANU PF dignitaries were leaving the venue.
