MDC Alliance presidential candidate Nelson Chamisa labelled Mashonaland Central Minister of State Advocate Martin Dinha a thief after he reportedly promised to complete Pembi Bridge in eight months two years ago.
Addressing his supporters in Mazowe North, Mvurwi where Dinha is the incumbent Member of Parliament, Chamisa said he has never seen Dinha in parliament before.
"The sitting MP here is a thief we hear he stole money meant for Pembi Bridge above all I have never seen him in Parliament, I doubt if he has ever set a foot in parliament," said Chamisa.
He implored his supporters to vote for his candidate Thulani Ndlovu whom he said was young and energetic.
"People of Mazowe North we kindly ask you to vote for Thulani a young man full of energy he will just request for things in our government and we give him for your benefit instantly since our government is certainly getting in office on the 1st of August."
Apparently, the seat was supposed to be given to little known Tinashe Muchenje who was elbowed by the popular Ndlovu better known as Fire President by his supporters.
