President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said his two allies are still admitted in the neighbouring South Africa after they suffered injuries from white city bomb but are in a stable condition.
Addressing his supporters at Chipadze stadium in Bindura today Mnangagwa said he spoke to his deputy Kembo Mohandi this morning together with their chairperson Oppah Muchinguri.
"This morning I spoke to vice president Mohadi he is still receiving medication following the bomb attack and by the way he just lost his brother this morning, the chairperson Muchinguri-Kashiri is also stable though she wished to be discharged but the doctors discouraged her," said Mnangagwa.
He also castigated disgruntled candidates who lost in their primary elections and abused his name saying they were imposed to contest.
"As ZANU PF we are the servants of the people I hear they are some people who were saying I imposed them that is not the case we should unite those who won and those who lost since my government is the best even in heaven there is no such a government," bellowed Mnangagwa.
Meanwhile, there was tight security at the rally as soldiers and police were accompanied by dogs and there was drama when people ran for their dear lives after dogs were used to try and bar them from leaving.
