War vets appeal for MDC Alliance supporters to vote for Mnangagwa

War Veterans' spokesperson Douglas Mahiya has said he will appeal to the MDC Alliance supporters to vote for President Emmerson Mnangagwa so that he can restore the country's economy and later on have elections.

Mahiya made the remakes in Budiriro.

He said that he will request a meeting with MDC supporters so that he will persuade them to vote for President ED Mnangagwa so that HE can restore the country's economy first then  can start the contests later.

MDC Alliance is seen as the biggest threat to the ruling Zanu PF and Mnangagwa's chances to win the elections slatted for July 30.
