Zimbabwe's cabinet seating set for Tuesday (today) has been postponed to Thursday as President Mugabe is still in Singapore.
Cabinet sessions are held every Tuesday in Harare.
In the absence of Mugabe, cabinet sessions are not held despite Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai being in a position to chair them.
Since Monday, ZBC through its hourly bulletins has been advising cabinet members that today's meeting has been moved to Thursday.
It is not clear whether Mugabe would be back in the country by then.
The announcement is "The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda wishes to inform all members of Cabinet that sitting has been moved from Tuesday, 10 April to Thursday 12 April 2012."
No reasons are cited.
Last week's cabinet meeting was also postponed.
Officially Mugabe flew to Singapore to oversee university postgraduate studies arrangements for his daughter Bona.
Singapore University registration starts in September.
