Chigumba says printing of presidential ballots almost complete

Zimbabwe Electoral Commission chairperson Priscillah Chigumba has said the printing of the presidential ballots is almost complete yet the police have already started voting amid concerns of vote rigging.
Policy analyst Butler Tambo said he is just came from the ZEC Presser with Observers at HICC now.
"Madam Chigumba says the printing of Presidential ballot is almost complete and the paper will have 2 columns with 14 candidates on each and it will be done using candidate surnames first.House of Assembly and Council ballots are at 50% completion in printing.7 646 people applied for postal voting and 185 were denied this right as their names were not on the voters roll," he said.
"Of this 7000 plus the ZRP submitted 4 000 applications and the rest was from Ministry of Foreign Affairs,ZDF (ZNA and Air Force) and electoral officer who will not be in their constituencies on polling day.ZEC submitted a request of US$198 million to run this year's election and they were granted US$148 million by Treasury and so far 70% of that money has been released with the extra 30% being expected to be released this week."
