Ministry of Education vehicle kills student

A fatal accident occurred on a sunset of Friday (yesterday) in which three Ngundu High school students were hit by a Ministry of Education vehicle of Chivi district.
One learner died on the spot and others were rushed to the hospital.
The Ministry vehicle veered off the road as the driver tried to avoid hitting a cycling student who was moving from one lane to the other.
The driver lost control of the car which veered off the road to the right hitting pedestrian students who going home from behind.
This happened after school hours as students were going home. Ngundu residents were left shell shocked.
