Court dismisses application for annulment of police officers postal votes

Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Commissioner Qhubani Moyo has revealed that the High Court in Mutare has dismissed the application for the setting aside of the police officers postal voting that took place at Bulawayo's Ross camp.
Concerned citizens had filed application seeking an order nullifying the postal voting that took place on condition that it was done without observe4rs, political parties and the ZEC officials.
"Whenever there are disagreements on interpretation of the law, the courts are there to assist interpret it. The High Court in Mutare has dismissed an application for annulment of postal votes that took place at Ross Camp in Bulawayo.So there you are and there is the law!!" Moyo posted on his Facebook wall.
