Norton independent candidate Temba P Mliswa has accused Zanu PF candidate Christopher Mutsvangwa of bringing in war veterans into the constituency to intimidate electorate as the latter has since threatened bloodshed if Zanu PF loses the polls.
Mutsvangwa recently challenged the electorate to vote for president Emmerson Mnangagwa and Zanu PF or there will be blood shed as they will not allow someone without liberation credentials to rule the country.
"Is that why Mutsvangwa brought 60 War Vets to Norton from other areas? For "bloodshed"? Oh well we're prepared to defend ourselves&won't be intimidated. I've the highest respect for War Vets and these must be rubble rousers. In Norton they're quiet and promoting Peace," Mliswa said.
