WATCH: Biti claims Chamisa won Zimbabwe's presidential vote

Nelson Chamisa is the elected president of Zimbabwe, MDC Alliance leader Tendai Biti claimed at a press conference on Thursday.
He said this was based on results collected at polling stations.
"Remember when an election takes place, results are posted outside. They are called V11 forms so the election results are already announced.
"[T]he assertion by the MDC Alliance, based on our own figures, our own statistics, provided by the ZEC, Nelson Chamisa is the president. It is not an illegitimate claim."
